Delivery of training: Sessions are conducted online.
Types of sessions: I offer 1:1 individual sessions and workshops on pre-determined topics.
a) Individual Sessions
45-60 minute intake session
This includes education, a pre-assessment survey, and discussion of an individualised performance plan.
45-60 minute sessions + ongoing support
These are weekly or bi-weekly sessions consisting of check-ins, with access via phone and/or email, and reassessed after 3 months.
b) Workshops
Please contact me for more details regarding workshop topics and pricing. Virtual workshops are for groups/teams focused on specific topics and/or an upcoming events.
Support network: Parents and coaches have the opportunity to connect regularly for check-in sessions.
