Frequently Asked Questions

How often should you attend mental performance sessions?

Ideally, we will see each other once a week or bi-weekly at first, and after three months, we will assess the frequency of sessions depending on your needs. Independent mental training should be included in your daily practices, and this is something that you will learn. We can together set a meeting schedule that suits your needs.

How do you support your child?

When it comes to children, their overall development needs to be considered as a part of mental performance training. It is important to work with professionals who have experience in working with younger athletes. Having a Master's degree in Pedagogy and years of work experience in child education, I am dedicated to supporting children and teenagers work towards achieving their goals whilst ensuring their development and education are not compromised.
